[1] The registration fee includes the excursion and the conference dinner, which will not be on Monte Verità. Everyone who wants to submit an abstract has to pay the registration fee.

[2] CSF avails of the Hotel facilities of the Hotel and Conference Center Monte Verità (external pagewww.monteverita.org). This hotel can only offer very few single rooms which are primarily reserved for the invited speakers, so participants are asked to team up to share rooms (with separate beds). There are also double rooms with queen-size beds for couples. A few rooms which share common bathrooms are usually reserved for graduate students.

[3] Accompanying persons cannot take advantage of the reduced room prices at the Hotel Monte Verità, prices which are subsidized by the CSF (ETH Zurich).

[4] We will put up a list of local hotels in different categories by the end of the year. Some offer special prices for conferees.

[5] Participants should share all meals on Monte Verità to create productive contacs. Accompanying persons can also book all meals, but they can also leave out the lunches, so they have the freedom to do excursions during the day. However, we need to know a few weeks ahead who will take what meals.
